1. Il servizio
«Email Save» (il «Componente») è un componente aggiuntivo di Outlook, gratuito, fornito da COVINO & Partners STP s.r.l. Permette di salvare gli allegati delle e-mail in OneDrive e SharePoint. Usandolo accetti questi termini.
2. Licenza d'uso
COVINO & Partners STP s.r.l. ti concede una licenza gratuita, non esclusiva, non trasferibile e revocabile per installare e usare il Componente con il tuo Outlook e Microsoft 365, per te o per la tua organizzazione. Tutti i diritti sul Componente (codice, nome, logo e contenuti) restano riservati. Senza permesso scritto non puoi copiare, modificare, distribuire, rivendere, ripubblicare o decompilare il Componente, né usarne il nome o il logo, salvo i limiti inderogabili di legge. Il codice può essere consultabile, ma non è software con licenza aperta. Il testo completo è nella licenza; in caso di contrasto prevale la licenza.
3. Uso consentito
Puoi usare il Componente solo in modo lecito e nel rispetto delle regole della tua organizzazione. Sei responsabile dei file che salvi e dei permessi di cui disponi su OneDrive e SharePoint. Il Componente agisce sempre con i tuoi permessi: non li amplia.
4. Nessuna garanzia
Il Componente è fornito «così com'è». Facciamo il possibile perché funzioni bene, ma non garantiamo che sia privo di errori né sempre disponibile. Dopo ogni salvataggio il Componente mostra il collegamento al file: ti consigliamo di verificarlo per i documenti importanti.
5. Limitazione di responsabilità
Nei limiti consentiti dalla legge, non rispondiamo di perdite di dati, mancati guadagni o danni indiretti derivanti dall'uso o dall'impossibilità di usare il Componente. Restano ferme le responsabilità che la legge non permette di escludere o limitare.
6. Servizi Microsoft
Il Componente funziona grazie a Outlook, Microsoft 365, OneDrive, SharePoint e Microsoft Graph, regolati dai termini di Microsoft e della tua organizzazione. Microsoft, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive e Microsoft 365 sono marchi di Microsoft Corporation, che non è affiliata a questo Componente né lo approva.
7. Modifiche e interruzione
Possiamo aggiornare, modificare o interrompere il Componente, e aggiornare questi termini. Se le modifiche sono rilevanti lo comunicheremo in questa pagina.
8. Legge applicabile
Questi termini sono regolati dalla legge italiana. Foro competente: Roma (Italia), salvo diversa disposizione inderogabile di legge a tutela del consumatore.

1. The service
“Email Save” (the “Add-in”) is a free Outlook add-in provided by COVINO & Partners STP s.r.l. It lets you save email attachments to OneDrive and SharePoint. By using it you accept these terms.
2. Licence to use
COVINO & Partners STP s.r.l. grants you a free, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install and use the Add-in with your Outlook and Microsoft 365, for yourself or your organization. All rights in the Add-in (code, name, logo and content) remain reserved. Without written permission you may not copy, modify, distribute, resell, republish or decompile the Add-in, or use its name or logo, except within the limits mandatory law allows. The code may be viewable, but it is not open-source software. The full text is in the licence; in case of conflict the licence prevails.
3. Acceptable use
You may use the Add-in only lawfully and in line with your organization's rules. You are responsible for the files you save and for the permissions you hold on OneDrive and SharePoint. The Add-in always acts with your own permissions: it does not extend them.
4. No warranty
The Add-in is provided “as is”. We do our best to make it work well, but we do not guarantee that it is error-free or always available. After each save the Add-in shows a link to the file: we recommend checking it for important documents.
5. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for data loss, lost profits or indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Add-in. Liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law remains unaffected.
6. Microsoft services
The Add-in relies on Outlook, Microsoft 365, OneDrive, SharePoint and Microsoft Graph, which are governed by the terms of Microsoft and of your organization. Microsoft, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive and Microsoft 365 are trademarks of Microsoft Corporation, which is not affiliated with and does not endorse this Add-in.
7. Changes and discontinuation
We may update, change or discontinue the Add-in, and update these terms. We will announce material changes on this page.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Italian law. Competent court: Rome (Italy), unless mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
