IVA e C.F. 6. Nessuna garanzia Il Componente è fornito «così com'è», senza garanzie di alcun tipo, esplicite o implicite, comprese quelle di commerciabilità, idoneità a uno scopo particolare, assenza di errori o disponibilità continua. 7. Legge applicabile e foro Legge italiana. Foro competente: Roma (Italia), salvo diversa disposizione inderogabile di legge a tutela del consumatore. ================================================================================ ENGLISH ================================================================================ 1. Rights holder "Email Save" (the "Add-in": the Outlook add-in, its code, name, logo, texts and related pages) belongs to COVINO & Partners STP s.r.l. (the "Licensor"). All rights are reserved, except as expressly granted below. 2. Free licence to use The Licensor grants you a free, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and revocable licence to install and use the Add-in with your Outlook and Microsoft 365, for yourself or your organization, including for professional activities. No fee is due. 3. What is not allowed Without the Licensor's written permission you may not: (a) copy the Add-in, except for the technical copies needed to use it; (b) modify, adapt or translate it, or create derivative works; (c) distribute, publish, host it at other addresses or in other app stores, resell, rent or offer it as a service; (d) decompile it or derive its source code, except to the extent mandatory law allows; (e) remove rights notices; (f) use the name "Email Save", "COVINO & Partners", the logo or other signs of the Licensor in a way that suggests affiliation or endorsement. 4. Visible code is not free code The code may be made available for reading (for example on GitHub) for transparency. Being able to read it grants no right beyond those in section 2: it is not open-source software. 5. Third-party components and trademarks The Add-in includes third-party libraries, in particular @azure/msal-browser and @azure/msal-common by Microsoft Corporation (MIT licence). They remain subject to their own licences, which this licence does not change. Microsoft, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive and Microsoft 365 are trademarks of Microsoft Corporation, which is not affiliated with and does not endorse the Add-in. 6. No warranty The Add-in is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, freedom from errors or continuous availability. 7. Limitation of liability To the extent permitted by law, the Licensor is not liable for data loss, lost profits or indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Add-in. Liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law remains unaffected. 8. Term and revocation The licence lasts as long as the Add-in is available and may be revoked by the Licensor, effective when announced on the terms of use page. It ends automatically if you breach section 3; in that case you must stop using the Add-in. 9.
